Mr. Ellman has over 25 years of experience as a cemeterian in Western New York. Mike became the President of Niagara Memorial Park in August 2001 Mr. Ellman has extensive experience in working with local funeral directors and lot owners to assist them with their funeral arrangements.Cephas Hall
Grounds Supervisor
Cephas Hall brings 20 years in cemetery maintenance experience to the position as grounds supervisor at Memorial Park. He began as a part time grounds worker and through hard work and dedication to the families of Memorial Park, was promoted to Grounds Supervisor.Mr. Hall recently brought on Michael Benden to work with him on the grounds. He has 8 years experience in cemetery maintenance and has proven to be an asset to the cemetery.
Rules & Regulations

For additional information, please contact Niagara Memorial at (716) 297-0811.- The Niagara Falls Memorial Park Cemetery Association reserves the right to remove all flowers, wreaths or other decorations from lots as soon as they become unsightly.
- From April 1st through October 1st, floral arrangements will be allowed in vases only where the vase is part of the bronze memorial. Also, one flowerpot will be allowed per grave. The flowerpots must be round or square and between 8 inches and 14 inches wide. All other decorations will be removed by the cemetery staff.
- From November 1st through March 1st, wreaths on stands at least 36 inches tall will be the only decorations allowed.
- The cemetery staff will remove all summer decorations on October 1st.
- The cemetery stall will remove all winter decorations on March 1st.
- Flags will be permitted on graves from one week prior to Memorial Day through June 14th (flag day) only.
- The Niagara Falls Memorial Park Cemetery Association reserves the right to remove, after due notice to the lot owner, any embellishment on the lot, effigy or inscription, which in the opinion of the majority of the Trustees or Directors is unsightly or dangerous.
- The Niagara Falls Memorial Park Cemetery Association reserves the right to restrict the planting of shrubs and trees and to remove any shrub or tree that is deemed unsightly or infringes on the other property owners’ rights.
